Getting over a breakup?

Little over 3 weeks ago my girlfriend of 2 and a bit years randomly decided to leave me and hasn't talked to me sense. I even went to the hospital and had to stay for a week due to depression. How do you guys suggest I get over it? It has been effecting my happiness and my job too.

I'd say the best thing to do is use this breakup as a motivator. Meaning, improve yourself (whether it may be physically [going to the gym & a good diet] or mentally [improving on your intellectual skill]). By doing this, you'll not only feel good about yourself, but you'll gain back some confidence, and the next girl you'll be with, gets someone who is 10x more amazing then he was previously and your ex will realize who she really missed out on.
