M416 CQB, the best, most easy to use, noob friendly beast ever. Or the L115A3, cause it's a beast. The UMP45 or M107CQ Ghille would not be bad choices either.

Maybe just for noobs,
it's not hard to aim, fire, and maintain a straight aim,
just have to push the mouse down while you shoot

The m4xx series guns (m4a1, m416, m417, and variants) are all relatively easy to use. m416 CQB having the lowest vertical spread b/c of the extremely low recoil, the m417 combat having the most power and little side-to-side recoil, and the m4a1 is probably the most basic in that group... then the NX rare variants are just "omfg OP" like the m417 sb and the m416 cqb camo (and the m4a1 sopmod...although this feels identical to the m416 cqb).
