Back when I was in primary school, we did this exercise once, where at the beginning of school year we wrote down what we wanted to achieve by the end of the year. Put that message in an envelope and we had to open it at the end of the year to see if we actually achieved our goals. We never actually opened them (I think our teacher forgot).
Anyways, I am doing the same thing today. I wrote down some goals and I'm going to open my envelope in 3 months to see if I accomplished my goals. This is a neato/simple thing we can all take a part of and maybe end up bettering ourselves.
You can keep your goals personal (no need to share them). It can be any goal, whether its earning more money, getting into shape, getting better grades etc. In 3 months (hopefully I remember), I'll create another post to remind everyone to see if they achieved what they wanted.
Anyone want to join me to better themselves?

Why would I need an envelope to achieve my goals? I got a digital calendar these days

Anyway, I'm in. My goals will be to get a condition 2x times from now.
I would just forget where the envelope is because of all the mess i have with my papers
Its up to you how you do it. I find having some in physical possession more effective

Put it under your mattress. Sure no one will touch it there
