Trying to buy a main csgo account, find a good deal, and paypal decides to not let me send money for some reason, tried different methods, still won't work, if anyone can help that'd be great, paypal is linked to cc with money on it 100$ have made of buys with it, please help.

The error you're getting would be helpful. You can try sending it to a friends PayPal and having them pay, if you trust them.

The cc which is linked, have you confirmed it by PP making a charge to it and entering the 4 digit code on PP. Also do you have a confirmed bank account linked as this will help. Otherwise just wait 24 - 48 hours as others said, usually when you cant make a payment it is because pp security system has flagged up. You can call pp and they will ask security questions and can try and do a manual override but it doesn't always work.

Transfer it to a bank if later on it decides to crap its self again and then make an new account. I think they are reviewing your account because this happened to me after 2 days went away, 3 days after that got hit with you have been limited email

it's a main paypal with real info and real cc linked, have bought stuff before, there is no reason it shouldn't work, tried the app, won't work neither.
