How can i follow a user to know when he post a new realease of a hack¿?

I want to know when a user post a new hack in the notifications.

You can't follow them, but you can subscribe to a thread, or a section.
If it's a thread, click "thread tools", and then "subscribe to thread".
If it's a forum, click "forum tools", and then "subscribe to forum".
If that is not what you want, then I would encourage you to occasionally check for new hacks
