4. Edit Settings.ini to set what cheat options u want to have
5. Run as admin cheat and next CS GO

whats the meaning of external..?? is it like there is no dll or something that change the original file?

internal hacks are injected the game while external hacks read/write memory from the game as a separate process.

You can set two keys for activating aimbot or triggerbot
