You have to fully leave through the dungeon portal, as holding the enter portal key (which does send multiple useportal packets) does not make your dungeon completions increase by more than one.

Well that means jack since a proxy hack could be written to repeatedly connect through it if the server wasn't coded to prevent this.

I know, I'm just saying it's not as fast as useportal spam, you just have to recon to the dungeon itself after leaving to go the fastest you can go. So it'll take about a second per each.
