Hey guys someone can help me? illegal tools error

Hey. After using hack i got banned, i managed to open new account but when i enter the game after a short time it crashes and says error something like "your computer used illegal tools in the past... can't run" (tell me if you want image of the error)
i tried to clean my computer with ccleaner and history and i tried to unistall the game and reinstall again and it didn't help.

if anyone familiar with this problem and can help me it will help a lot, i can't play now

Hello if you were banned and can not play AVA enmasee version.
Use Iobit powerful uninstall ( google it ) to completely remove the game from your computer.

You may also have to change your hwid just google that.
Also use ccleaner and delete prefetch.

EDIT: It's not router i changed hwid and it works.

smh, i guess its the mac adresse or somfin, cuz i randomly got this error again after playing for hours tf.
