Is there a certain cap to how many friends and family payments that I can accept?

Should I creat a new PayPal account and restart every so often?

Irregular activity. If your account isn't that old and you have hundreds going through, there is a good chance. Lots of refunds as well. If it just doesn't make sense to them, they'll question you and maybe limit it.

I don't really refund any more. I've done it twice. I'd say I've had about 100-200 transactions.

But, I do have a bank account on it. It's about 6 months old. Does that make a difference?

any irregular activity can get you limited. and it's actually false that if you're verified you have nothing to worry about. @ OP your account isn't probably in bad standing since it's not really fresh. But they will probably ask for id and proof of address if you start withdrawing from paypal.
