when you are doing the plant and defuse method, you can use any class. Join a Squad and have Both ur Q and E keys pushed down, you will get extra points as you will also be doing Squad commands. There is an Auto Kick feature, but that is for when you are completely AFK, meaning when you are doing NOTHING. while you are planting/defusing the server thinks you are still playing.
I done this in a server with a mate yesterday.
All points gained using this method will go to whichever class you are playing at the time. therefore if you want an EASY way of unlocking all the recon class stuff then this is the way to do it. I gained 24,000 XP in 1 hour.

You can also be looking for an empty server with rush mode.
Take a quad and turn on the bombs at a+b, you will get 260xp for those 2.
You will get for 500xp+- bonus to pins aswell

With the scissor he means make sure the button is pressed at all the time, with a scissor or a key or something pushed into the keyboard, that will be done. See a movie as in you can leave the PC and let the game do its thing.

Only think I'm curious about : Don't you get autokicked for not shooting for a while?

Yes, i suggest alt+tabbing and then going back every 10 minutes to fire a shot.
