    I download a skin call .DTX how to make it skin ?

    I download a skin that make CQB to SopMod .
    it called exactly like that PV_LASER-SITE_BC.DTX
    and I see in "game" folder and the all skins are .REZ .
    so some one can tell me how can i make it to work and be .REZ ?
    I am new so give me a link if some one posted how can I do it .
