AVA Ban Help??

I got banned once again, and I tried to login to my game and It said I couldn't. I get a User authentication error now. I tried to change my MAC address, tried changing my IP, using a VPN, tried using a different router. Tried using Steam, tried reinstalling my game. Anyone have any suggestions on why I'm getting this. Or can I just no longer play AVA on this computer?

Can you make a tutorial or something? I can do it my self, dont wan't to make skype so please make a quick tutorial on what you do.. Because I've tried everything.
