    Problem With Items

    Hello guys today i finally made the potion of maxy thanks to "someone" who made the code
    My problem is the following:

    I decomplied the swf and added my texture in lofiObj6 it worked
    Then i added the code in addition.xml it worked i rebuilt the solution without any error.
    But when i enter the game with my modified client it dosen't load my texture :/
    Any of you have any idea on how to fix it ? <3

    You most likely did something wrong xd. Also you can make a command that maxes your character. You dont need a potion.

    Just realized that your using fsod. There is a command that you can max you character. /max btw.

    Why is there the tag <SUndead>?

    You didn't add the xml for the item in the client.

    you added the item inside of addition.xml xd

    If you want to test an object, and not have to add it in the client XMLs, put the object in addition.xml and use the tag ' ext="true" '.

    If you want to add a new object to your game, put the XML in dat1.xml on the server, and a copy in the corresponding XML client sided. You can use almost any client XML, but it's better to do it the right way from the start instead of having to go back and cut/paste all of those things you added.

    So in example, this potion would go in dat1.xml on the server, and since consumables are equipment, in the client it would go in the equips XML.

    I also "copied" the xlm in dat1 on the server "not in addition" like it was represented in my screenshot

    I've done that, thanks you but when i add the code in "30_kabam****tmg.assets.EmbeddedData_EquipCXML_kab am****tmg.assets.EmbeddedData_EquipCXML" wich is i suppose the equip.xml that you told me, it gives me a black screen when i save and launch the client :/

    Wherever you are pasting the item in the XMLs, top or bottom, make sure it is inside the "objects" tag.

     

     


    If you did this, and still have a blackscreen, make sure your object has all its XML tags correct. You could easily have forgotten to copy the </Object> like i do sometimes.
