What is safe to do online with Mister Y's Trainer? [TU21]

Alright so i have the trainer and I know its a risk to use it in the first place but how would i cut down on that (what hacks get you banned). I dont really want to use this blindly online and get banned so i hope that there are people who have been using this for a while now and know what gets you banned and what dosent.

I recommend playing solo as you have no one to report you. That's how activision finds out. As of right now i have used everything other than the gobblegum changer, all on solo and have not gotten banned. If you want to play coop/multiplayer zombies however, i recommend playing with others who also have the trainer
