Initial Review:
There is no lying at all about these bases, two bases stocked fully in both Elektro and Berezino. Can be overwhelming so the loot map is incredibly useful.
As for the service itself, very fast to get everything sorted, took maybe 5 minutes or so from first talking to him to getting on the server and gearing up!
And for people wondering why he doesn't have every item in the game here, if he had every item then the game may honestly just not run. Currently you get small stutters often enough that I think if there was a lot more the game just wouldn't be able to operate in the loot zones.
Overall 10/10 fast service, and the loot bases are located very close to spawns and high pvp areas if you just want fast action.
