Your pet must be atleast Heal 50/Magic Heal 50 pet for your char security. (I can make exceptions if fully maxed char etc.)
You can keep any dex but I will keep all def unless paid extra.
While farming i will keep all the pots i find. (or not, for additional payment)
I will not trade on your account.
I will not chat on your account.
I will not take your items, feed, and release your pet. ( I will feed the UT only if you want me to, might get changed to not at all )
I will not change any info on the account.
If your char dies (Extremely unlikely) I will do my best to get the same items and will max it to the same amount of stats or 6/8
I will ALWAYS be recording on the account when I farm on it if I ever get accused falsely of anything.

Just to share my experience with this service, here's my vouch / review.
