Carriers rarely ever come knocking on your door. If there's a carrier investigation, they'll most likely just email or call you (most likely the first).

Safe zone wise I would say a limit of 1k? Just a guess tho, obviously the lower the safer. Usually when there's an investigation all they do is email or call though. Don't think it would really matter tho, should be safe.

Can and most comfortable are those listed in the first post and in the United States. And I HIGHLY prefer 1 item, 2 only if they come in the same package and even then I still prefer 1.

For the fees, let's say I want to get an $X laptop refunded. Do I only pay you $X times .08, or do I have to pay both the fee, and the original price of the object?
In other words, do you front the costs after I pay you the fee, or do I need to have enough money to buy the original object as well?
