Only click the buttons then not on server or finding a lobby.
I recommend closing the trainer before entering a server because if you press Ctrl+ a number (Ctrl+1) it will execute one of the hacks. Just keep your hands of those buttons or close the trainer after use


right so basicaly how the hell do you use it =/ click a buton then close it then play the game ?? =/

i mean if you click a button and close obviously its going to cancel out the command??

I get where you are going but it wont. The command is registered by MW2 the second you press a button so it shouldn't be a problem.
So:
Start MW2
Open hack, click weapon
Close hack and go get a headshot.

Hey i did the headshot one for the ak47 after i hit play do you think i screwed up? i didnt realise you didnt have to click play for it to work :S
