This program doesn't even start...No matter what I do, Admin or not it just crashes

PS: on windows 7 Ultimate

It dosent work on win7 bec when the hack was made, there was no win 7.

I am on Vista 64-bit and it does not open for me either, as admin or not.

Says it requires a missing windows component.

vista too. Only xp. All of the old hacks are made with xp...
