hmm where is that located? i can try to make one after i check out what it is.

Update: Trying to make a packet spammer but its only working if i have the inks in inventory.. it wont bug out like it does with runes.
only thing i can suggest is spamming packet %xt%zm%crafting%103248%spellComplete%1%2300%Shadow Bolt% at 200 with max ink just to make things faster
