    **just incase anyone is curious. I ordered this past Saturday. 2 air purifiers. The "process" did not begin until yesterday (Wednesday). Have not received any sort of confirmation yet. Versa said to give it a few more days . will update

    Refunded this customer because he was pretty impatient and doesn't understand the concept of a queue. I have a lot of services and I tell all my customers I start orders in 24-72 business hours which is Monday-Friday. Its a fair amount of time to have an order started. Further negative post from this previous customers will be reported for sales bashing so please do not comment on my thread bashing my service.

    Anyways i'm currently full on orders right now. I will not be taking anymore for 3-5 business days while i finish all my current ones and get them confirmed with tracking as Philips is taking a bit longer than usual to confirm orders.

    You have to wait awhile it took maybe 3 weeks for the purifier because of the item being back ordered I was gonna asked for a refund but the tracking number came in Versa is legit
