Need help with rules

This may be the wrong section for this but please bare with me. I purchased a PayPal account from a somewhat reputable user on here and it was pretty much a scam. They told me "rip it will get deleted" when i told them I was going to leave a negative review. I am wondering if I am allowed to leave a negative review in their sales thread to warn other potential buyers. I don't want it to be marked as "sales bashing". Also if I wanted to contact a mod to ask further questions about the matter who could I contact? Thanks.

If you include proof in the negative review, then it wont get deleted.

If you feel like you got scammed, make a report in the Scammers Grave.
If you post a negative review without sufficient evidence, it will be considered as sales bashing, and will be removed.
Since it's marketplace related, you can contact Marketplace staff, or a GM.
This is not a staff dispute.
