Bots Only Rooms

I was going about day in A.V.A and I noticed in the PVP Lobby there are bot only rooms.
Could someone explain to me what they are and how they work?

If you're referring to the MEGA rooms then people use them to gain exp quickly and farm a good S/D. But, I also heard that can get you banned.
