Arma 3 Locked PBO

I am currently trying to unlock a mission pbo so i can edit it and mess around on it but its locked and pbo manager gets an error. If someone can open and post it for me that would be greatly appreciated and also if you can tell me how I can decrypt it myself that would also be awesome if not just opening it up will be cool thank you.

I can tell you how to be able and play with the mission file, or i can tell you some variables if you need them, but i cant unlock this.

@baranjudicial If this pbo is from Mikero's than it is possible to open it just do a fast research on google or youtube.
If it is from Mavericks Apps than you need the special key of this file, and it is stored server-side. So it is nearly impossible to deobfuscate it.
