    Why wont you mods let me put A bounty on A scammers head

    Man, I been trying for the last couple of months but my thread seems to get deleted real quick! Hanzo scammed me for 145 i'm trying to put A hit on him but why won't you guys let me go through it! Damn. I have his skype info+his email I can get his Address or possibly Facebook account easily since I have the email on hand. Just let me make the thread in the marketplace I can pay someone to do some of the steps
