Well long story short, I bought cheap mobo and other shit
another RX 480
Now I got a mining rig @42.5MH/S and than I dumped like $200 on coinbase into eth.
Around 1k

Nah dude, we read the lease over and over, There is legally nothing they can do as they agreed electricy is included in rent price, and they have a 12 month term, so they cannot increase rent to recoup damages, They can fucking suck it
