I cannot open any Grimoire on my PC besides 1.8, am i missing something?

Hi every time i click Grimorie it doesn't open up, i tried troubleshooting and it still didn't work, is there anything that i am missing that is needed to open Grimorie? thank you

.NET Framework 4.5.2 or FP 26 for Internet Explorer - ActiveX(https://get.adobe.com/br/flashplayer/otherversions/) should solve your problem
