The only best thing that improves is the reload and draw rate. the rate of fire is lowered to the rate of fire of the m417 combat = ACR fire rate. so u get the fastest reload and draw rate but with the lost of fire rate.

i like how much nexon fucking fails. they could've at least researched the ACR a bit more. If you look closely at the first screen shot, you'll see the words FN Herstal Belgium on it. this is fail because nexon just used the skin from the Scar H or Scar L and edited it as needed. The gun was based off the Magpul Masada, with Bushmaster taking over future development and sales from the Masada.
