Suspended: define by CA/Nexon...
A suspension of an account can last from a few days to months.
The user of that account, ie GFD. Can Not, Play CA, but only access the nexon site, said account until the remaining days have ended.
Basically you can not play until you get out of nexon jail.
suspended = Temporary/nexon Jail
Banned = Death Sentence,
