Warrock and dual cores

Hey, Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this,

Basically i bought a new computer, dual core intel running windows vista and installed warrock again, once in game tho everythings 2 times as fast as normal makes it almost impossible to play, hard to snipe throwing all my nades at once by accident etc, anyone know of a way to slow it down?

run programs to slow it down like a bittorrent, virusscan etc.

use cheat engine's speed hack.

put the speed to .5

Or you could take the method recommended by the WR staff, and make it so only one core is dedicated to running it...

I have an Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 and don't have this problem.

Try 2 things:

First: Press CTRL+ALT+Delete, go to processes tab and (when WarRock is running) select it in the list and right click on it. Choose "set priority" and select low.

If it don't work. Try the same thing, but instead go in "Set affinity.." and uncheck "CPU1". If it don't work, try the 2 at the same time. And if it still don't work...heh..

Tried to change the affinity before i posted but it denied the action, have yet to figure out why, havent tried to set the priority to low yet tho, thats worth a shot,

As for running it off one core, tell me how and i'll try it if its different from the affinity thing anyway

And as for the Duel Core issue, I cannot help you there, I have yet to get a duel core but I plan on getting one soon(Alienware!)
