SP co-op,nazi problem

Ok so i have a problem i have windows 7 and am trying to play nazi zombies or co-op so the problem is here:

When i press refresh it finds games when i select a server and click join it freezes and the sound freezes for 3-5 seconds and it doesn't connect it just unfreezes (that's all it does) and when i press host online or LAN i get this:
"Unable to get our online address information"

To sum up i cant do this:
cant play nazi zombies , co-op online.
cant host online/lan matches.

I can do this:
play single player.
Multiplayer works fine.

What have i tried:
Changing compatibility to XP. (did not work)
Open ports on my router. (did not work)
Disabling firewall/antivirus. (did not work)
Reinstalling the game. (did not work)

Please HELP!!

The game is LEGIT (stand alone game)
Patched to 1.7

mhh weird,

but can you host lan/online matches in MP or in co-op ?

run as admin doesn't help.
cant host on co-op i get "Unable to get our online address information"
I can play mp fine but if i wanna host MP the game crashes...

hmmm.... i have original
still playing LAN TOO(tunngle and hamaci)

but if you Host online you need NAT Type Open

i dont really care about hosting mostly i just want to play nazi zombies online which i cant

are you using Hamachi? if you are, its usually best to have the host of the Hamachi server host the game.
