Friend Banned, Im Not

My friend and i started using hacks about 2 and a half weeks ago. We used koens hack, and didnt know of the Disabler. He came across the diabler like a week and a half ago or something and used it with koens hacks and such, and then i told him to use SuperNovaAO's Fourier Bot Hack with the Chaos disabler, as did i switch to it also.

Today, he got banned for it, but i didnt, becuz i stopped using the hacks within the past 2 days, until today, i started again with just ESPs from the Fouriers Hack with VAC Disabler, but didnt get banned either. So im wondering did i not get detected or am i on the delayed banned list?

o again btw, i also was gone a week, and he used the hacks for the whole week, and i didnt use the hacks cuz i was gone, and didnt use them until he found the disabler. maybe VAC detected him during that week? and im clean???

public hacks give you a high chance of being banned, especially aimbots.

There are other reasons why some people might be in unbanned list :

* It is a Cybercafe account which was VAC banned and then unbanned because the Cybercafe owner requested it
* It is a testing account of the VAC developers
* It was a VAC false positive and VALVe recognized it (rare case)
* The account has been hijacked and Steam support removed the ban (rare case)

pok here the thing. last night , when they ran their checks on my account, i only got banned from css. so...do they ban all the games i used cheats in at one time or within periods? am i still due to losing it?
