Vac Chaos problem

I use to get this problem...here's a fix I used.

.Make your computer static ip (lan ip).

.Go to your router+modem settings or both if they are separate (if they are make your router also static ip from your modem settings).

.enable port range forwarding - 28960 for that static ip.

.enable UPnP Forwarding - 28960 and choose UDP for that static ip.

And thats it...but if players are suddenly joining and suddenly leaves. Join a game or ask a friend to join your party before entering the host commands.

i got this problem too, its not my connection, i think VAC has changed something, because when i run mw2 on another steam account i can find servers straight away, but takes ages on hacked one and sometimes dont even find any. This is using vac chaos 1.02 or something with fourier hack.
