As i observe the marketplace section. I've seen multiple fresh mpgh users make use of the marketplace to scam people such as upgrade service,refunds,ebook,key,etc. They are always as new as this month to 3 month old with less then 10 post. There're even some ban evader which make more victim getting cheat out of their money. If this were implement, there will be a drastically improvement on the trade section which reduce the amount of victim getting scam. amount of ban evader, etc. Therefore there will be a lesser scam cases to be handle on. Some of the minimum requirement to access the marketplace.

Minimum requirement
- 100~150 post with no post feeding around the mpgh section. Post must be "High" Quality
- 30~50 days old on MPGH
- buying a premium title will get all access to mpgh market section if don't meet the requirement.

Alright so the last thing is crap.
A scamer just spend those 25 Bucks to scam hundreds, no purchase expections


Also there is a minimum Post Count for Currency change for example, where people are trading bigger values.

Anyway, i completly agree with that we should have this on all marketplace threads.
But this will obviously bring down the count of new people, because they cant sell right away.

We've had suggestions such as this one many times in the past.
Bottom line: we already have regulations put fourth in sections already (e.g. user services and other high risk sections).
To put posting regulations EVERYWHERE in marketplace would KILL activity, and that's certainly not what we want to do. Including this, legit buyers and sellers would be screwed over.

So yeah, not happening. Thanks for the suggestion though.
