Making MW3 survival juggernauts teammate

Hello. Someone had made a mod on MW2 special ops and made the enemy juggernaut teammate as on the video below. He edited the juggernauts.gsc file and renamed the Axis to Allies and juggernaut became teammate.



Now i would ask if someone can make the same mod too with the MW3 survival juggernauts like on the video below. The juggernauts in MW3 landing after each 4 waves with choppers. It would be greate if someone can do that because i have no any clue how to make it and wich mod programs is needed to edit the gsc files. Thx in advance.

Btw does anyone know in wich .ff file the juggersnauts.gsc file is located?
