If you want the smartass answer...there's always a chance of you getting banned when using a hack.
If you want the logical answer...no (only for VAC Chaos in this case). If you use it right there's most probably no way you'll get banned.

But now that VAC updated, yes you'll get banned for using VAC Chaos.
