These guys are okay, I've had faster shots then they have.
Doesn't matter if you're jumping or spinning or falling, if you know how to use the sniper.
You can control the recoil.

The reason why the L9 looks as though it doesn't have any recoil is that it is bolt-action. It scopes out every time you shoot so you don't see the recoil

Quickswitching from l9 - pistol - l9 is considered an exploit I believe shocking, because it skips the reload animation
