VAC-CHAOS v2

ye, new vac-chaos v2 is released ...
but when i press F2. or F3 it doesnt open the console, or i cant make teamkill ..

i run all as administrator ... any help please?

and i got another question ... how i can see, who is the host?
some friend say me that i should config, my config (lol) what i should config (rofl)

host is the one whos on top of the list if it sais searching 4 the best host
and you can use littleservertool..
if you open it and see the names in the list youre the host..
but if the list is clear youre not...
or do the highjump glitch if you can jump very high youre the host..but if youre laggin down youre GUESS: NOT^^
