    Why is everyone on Naruto's dick?
    I mean..I made a few Naruto tags a while back..
    But it's Naruto all over the place lately.

    Anyhow...

    Try experimenting with different smudge settings.
    Google some tuts on smudge settings actually..
    You'll find quite a few good ones out there.
    Also I would work on blending your render, and establishing some dynamic lighting.
    Not bad at all though for how short of a time you've been using ps.

    Idk I've been obsessed with Naruto for awhile now. And I'm a listen to your advice. I'm used to vector sigs, so I don't really know dynamic lighting, but I'll search up some tuts.

    the chains are on the left if you look closely
