The bit about VAC is false, excuse that. But if a GSC injector was updated, GSC mods can be used again.

Almost All cheats are now dysfunctional.
VAC bypass no longer works.
GSC modding would now be possible again if someone made an injector to replace Liberation.
Also, they fixed an RCE.

If someone decides to make a replacement for Liberation, yes. Previously it was made not possible to use GSC, so Liberation was abandoned. Now, if someone were to make a working GSC injector to take the place of Liberation, the modding community would be able to thrive.
