hello to all, i have a strange problem, when i open this game ( iw4x.exe) it loads for some time, when in the game suddenly it crashes and i get "fatal error (0xc0000005) at 0x004b0112" if i restart explorer.exe from task manager , and open this game, it works fine without any error.

i have windows ent 10 64 bit edition
