Hey officerx i mentioned in 2.12 release that my fps tanks and id like to mention that around the 2.0 update i started expiriencing this. I got no frameloss before running 50-60 fps now it tanks to less than 10. maybe im doing something wrong? it ran fine before.

Don't use full screen windowed. That might fix it

Disable auto apply, its not fast enough sometimes. (You will have to manually apply it)

Open the .exe file, doesnt matter if csgo is open or not. INSERT opens and closes the menu, thats it
