Client scaling issues after unknown key combination being pressed while in game :(

I have an issue where 059's client went full screen, no borders. I had to alt + f4 to get out of it, nothing else worked other than ctrl alt and del, but normally esc works, but now when I open it, or even the official build, it's a LOT smaller than it should be. Does anyone know what happened or how to fix that scaling issue? Any help is appreciated, please!

Go in view and change the zoom to 100% you can also try CTRL+F in-game.

It just made the game have black borders :/ thank you for the suggestions though!
