Make yourself level 55 and you will have all of them.

I think i got banned... I unlocked the GC3 somthing at lvl 37 then i turned my slef back to lvl 27 but now when i join a game and play for like 3 min i get the message: Kickedd by punkbuster, Dissalowed programe in use (Numbers). Soo am i banned? or what can i do to fix it.

No you are not banned, you might have few programms running that PB might not like. Make sure you turn off the hack after you have used it.

Also, COD4 PB will kick you even if you have Steam running.

Question 'bout how you use this?
Do i run the trainer, start a game or start game, alt tab, then start trainer.
And when i tried the "unlock create a class" it doesn't unlock it. O.O

click on it, get a kill, ands then its unlocked
