[INFO][MUST READ]What modding Can and Can not Do

Well, For all you modding noobs out there (and requesters). This is a list of what modding can do and
You can change the textures.

YOU CAN NOT Change the Damage.
(So default weapon to L96a1 Will not only be crap, the rate of fire will be 1 a second and it will be a 5 shot kill gun with crap Rate of Fire)

YOU CAN NOT Change the scope availability for weapons.
(EG. The G36E has a scope but the Default weapon doesn't. You change the default weapon to G36E. It will look like a G36E with a scope but in reality, You can't get the G36E scope on your Default weapon. )

You can change what the scope looks like when it's scoped in.

You can change the Rate of Fire. (higher and lower)

You can NOT Change Portability.
(Eg. Normal char to viper DOES NOT change your running speed.)

I don't know but it seems that you can change reload speed.

You CAN NOT change portability. (Well, not in my knowledge at least)

You CAN NOT change how much ammo a gun has.

Yes, There is a way of crossmodding with textures.

The only way of adding accuracy is to change the Rate of fire lower (which I think is useless)

Changing the model (Edit the LTB File) Is not possible at the moment as I can not find a way to edit those WITH Animation. You can edit ones without animation like scopes

i believe portability is only unchangable in chars mods. Try modding a MG to a mac-10/mp7/scorpion, you can move alot faster. Also, I've made a minigun mod which a protability as light weight as a m16a3 with the fire rate of minigun.

portability is not possible to mod. m107CQ SE to l96A1 black magnum is still as heavy as the m107CQ SE.

and yes i can compare because i had the m107cq se and the black magnum at the same time and tested both.
