1) You got to have the "Wine" app to have it working.
2) Download the windows version of Cetera or Revenant.
3) Unzip the downloaded file.
4) Open the .exe file with wine.
5) Enjoy!

Did a little research here and there, and it looks like the MAC executable (Cetera R9.1.app) will only work on older versions of MacOS. Reason being, flash is going to be officially dead by 2020, and so Apple dropped all support for these flash executables (Cetera R9.1.app) that are produced by the Adobe Flash program itself. Your best bet as of right now is to:
1. Run the exe version with wine
2. Downgrade your MacOS (though I don't recommend you do this at all)
3. Find a possible workaround for this if you look deep enough on Google

How come Cetera R8 use to work then? On High Sierra until a couple of days ago? I don't know enough about coding, but if Cetera R8 use to work until AE changed the game launcher then shouldn't there still be a way for it too work?

I'm on 10.10.5 or Yosemite, I'll just use the old version of the bot even though it's super laggy.

Edit: If R8 even works.

R8 doesn't work for me (running high sierra). It stopped working about a week ago.

Operating system developers tend to push out updates that can cause programs to stop suddenly running because they drop complete support for them

It's just like in Windows there was a global security update/patch that caused every Adobe Flash trainer for games like MechQuest and DragonFable to completely break

Clear your internet cache instead of the browser cache
Control Panel > Internet Cache > Delete Browsing History

After troubleshooting both of the Mac releases, I decided to bite the bullet and just the .exe of each instead. So far Revenant opened with no funny business.

Unfortunately, MAC has dropped support for Adobe Flash programs due to Flash ending in 2020 so they're forcing you to have to run the windows version (.exe) with WINE

When I start the .exe with WINE I get an empty black screen (for both launchers). Sorry for my inconvenience not really the best computer guy.

I can still load up cetera R8/R9 tho. They just get stuck at "authenticating account info" but atleast the app opens. With Cetera 9.1 the app won't open at all. I tried downloading wine and running the .exe versions they just open a white screen and don't work :/.
