Going legit need info

So i recently got banned. Pretty much getting kicked from every server i join by punkbuster. I decided to go legit and start over. Do i need to uninstall my current BF4 make a new account buy the game again and reinstall to start clean?

Tell the EA Customer Support and tell then you will make an Fresh New Start, And ask if they could transfer the game to a new account because you dont like your Stats or something thats Work i had do this 5 Times Already
