ids_app_shutdown_1 plzzzz help

i try to get in CA but when i go to the black screen the game shuts down and then a little window will pop up and say IDS_APP_SHUTDOWN_1 i have looked up on the web on how to get rid of this and i don't know how. pleas help me how do i fix this

I had the same issue. Re-Install CA, then download CCleaner and run it.

This fixed the error.
