Glitching but only halfway through

When I glitch I can only go halfway through. Can I still go all the way through or should I glitch again? Please Help me.

Heres how to do it first of all jump then crouch then a+d or w+s really fast
when your halfway now quickly run and then crouch so easy even cf phils players
