Black HiSech keys. From Black Hisech you are getting 1 weapon permanent so this mean you will get ~10 permanent weps

your better off buying a permanent weapon than buying 25 black hisec keys. What if you used all of them and all you got were bonus % passes that means you just wasted 25 dollars It's a big gamble there. Take the easy road by getting a permanent instead of having the risk of losing money that may not get what u wanted.

m107CQ airforce or se.
l96a1 arctic wolf
l115a3
l115a2
M416 CQB
Mp7 Mod
PP19 Mod Camo
G36KE (Better than g3 valkyrie)

get which you like best.
You can choose about 2 of them for a week each (one sniper, one assault rifle/smg)
I prefer: G36KE + Arctic Wolf or M107CQ Air Force, but thats my opinion
Don't get a spec or a merc.
All you need is guns and possibly a speed gear addon
a bandana, face mask etc; just do what you like best and not regret your $25

M107 airforce and l115a2 are gp rare/regulars... Same with the g36ke.

My suggestion is the m416 cqb... Annoying, but most people don't regret buying it.
